Special chars not working

I am having issues with showing up special chars. Please see enclosed screenshots.

As we see, fonts works fine. Just this one line looks bad because as we see you have used special sign there. Please check in this item what you have used there because except that we don`t see anything wrong. On our screens it looks a little bit different what you can see at http://snag.gy/pzssa.jpg

I have figured out how to avoid this. I have just deleted special char and enter it again. It looks like there was an issue while copy/pasting whole heading.
