Minimum Server Requirements
What is the minimum Req. for:
upload_max_filesize,
max_execution_time,
post_max_size
memory_limit
max_input_vars
max_execution_time,

values.
I need this to select a host company. Because of muffin options reset problem and muffin builder save problem.

there is no minimum requirements because for some people theme works with 16MB memory while for other 64MB is not enough. There is actually too much factors not related with theme and that's why it's impossible to answer on this question.
