Tabs set height and scrollbar

Can someone help me with a this problem.. 

i want to have tabs set on a height so that they line with the blocks on on the left side. (see screenshot). If there is more content from the rss feed, then then there should be a scrollbar on the side.

(the second screenshot is how we want it)

ok, i understand. Is this hard to do? I am not a real programmer, but be able to edit some files.

Can you help me to get into the right direction to fix this?

i guess i have to edit "responsive.css"

and set there under 

/* Tabs */

.ui-tabs .ui-tabs-nav { background: none; height: 300px;}

?

ok, i understand.. and also understand (a part from it) .. the reason why. but telling me what i got to modify is not in the Item Support Policy.. haha.

Or is some of your guys private available for this customization?
