Ok. So if you mean Footer Action section, you can change height with below css:

#Footer .footer_action .one {
    margin-bottom: 50px !important;
    padding-top: 50px !important;;
}

But to hide it on certain pages you must use below css:

.page-id-xxx #Footer .footer_action { display: none !important; }

where xxx is PAGE ID.
