Topmenu University layout

Thank you for this wonderful theme.
I would like to know how to add a menu on top of the main menu for the university layout. I tried adding a new menu and checking the social media box but that is not working me.

What menu you want to add exactly? We are not sure what you are trying to do.

i am trying to add another menu above the header. Essential on the top area adjacent the social media icons on the top.

If you want to add additional menu instead of social icons in the right top corner, then you should create new menu and set it up instead of social icons under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

I tried that but it doesn't seem to work. I am using the university layout. Is there a compatibility issue ?

I was hoping to add extra links on the top. Links such as login, support, ect...
