Global Background for Full Width

Is there any way to change the background color (or image) for the site from the default white for the full-width version?

But I have a splash page up right now while it's in development.

I'm going to send you a message with a WP account you can use to log in and look at the site.

Once you do log in, here is an example of a page I want to add the background image to (I want this to be the default background on all pages, but as you can see here there is white space between some sections)

This can be done. I figured it out with this code:

background-image: url("../wp-content/uploads/2015/10/orange-background.jpg");

}
