aligning classic menu/logo with width of items on page from Muffin Builder

in Menu / Mega menu
I have a home page that is made up of items from muffin builder, full width, no sidebar, and would like the logo to align with the left edge of the muffin builder items and the right edge of the menu items to align with the right edge of the muffin builder items. 
What CSS can I enter to accomplish this?
