Masonry media grid or hover box

Please help me how to fix the problem.When I add Masonry media grid or hover box it doesn't work correctly. Let me show the URL http://melnicg5.bget.ru/2944-2  In 1st second it  shows only one part of the screen, After 1st second it works fine. How to fix it?

If you want to achieve something like on Be|Design, we suggest to use Portfolio and just remove hover effects with custom css. This would be much easier and faster solution.
