Contact Form: Incoporating a clickable calendar

Is it possible to use/incorporate a clickable calendar into the contact form instead of manually entering dates? (similar to airline & travel sites. See attachment)

Hi,

if you are using CF7 plugin, it does not have date picker by default. You need to look for an addons that may be compatible with CF7 plugin.
