How to HIDE one the 2 TITLES on every POST?

Hi, while editing a POST like at:

.. wp-admin/post.php?post=1474&action=edit

I can´t see the checkboxes I assume that should appear near to this OPTIONS.

So I still see 2 titles on every post.

HOW can I hide them?

fixed, although I don´t know how could I let APPEAR your ON-OFF buttons in my installation.

I just clicked on the place it is supposed to be your ON-OFF button, and saved.

Now I could configure this without problems.

PLEASE if you know what can CAUSE the problem that your ON-OFF buttons of the MUFFIN control panel are being HIDDEN all the time... let me know.
