how to make video portfolio with prettyphoto youtube

I want to make something similiar with this:

but, after clicking on images prettyphoto popup appears with youtube movie - is it possible ?

(it should work like here: http://www.16na9.tv/)

this is portfolio item and only images as backgrounds can be displayed. It is not possible to display videos is pretty photo with this item unfortunately. We'll consider this option while future updates.
