SubHeader Image remove top padding

I want to remove the big gap between the header menu and the subheader image on this page:

http://etc-co.fr/la-gazette-du-content-marketing/

I set the header option on "minimalist", any other idea?

Hi,

as you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2cyVFCvV.png this space comes from your slider. This is what you set on slider side. This empty space is not related with theme at all.
