this is body background color and you can change it under Theme options > Colors > General section.

Sorry I don't mean the body.

What I mean is, how can I change the color in left and right side?

I solved it now. 

Just changed the body as you said.

And then changed the other color on the page itself.

Sorry, you're right. So to set background color our of the box, please use below css:

html { background-color: #000 !important; }
