How to hide the admin bar?

Seems that some of the demos (like Buddy) show to visitors the admin bar (black bar with Wordpress logo + search icon) and some (like Politics) don't.

Does anyone know how do I turn this bar off to visitors?

please show us on screenshot which bar you mean because we do not have any admin bar for sure included.

But we do not have such bar on our demo. How did you get it? We did checked Be|Buddy demo and there is no bar for sure.

The bar appears in the Buddy demo after I logout. I'm making some content and configuration changes over that demo but just with the Betheme configuration features
