Need Help : Locating the Portable Object Template .POT file of the Be Theme

I just recently bought the Be Theme and I would like to translate the theme to various languages. I have bought the wpml plugin and poedit plugins respectively. To translate to .po, I need to edit the .POT of the Be Theme. I need help to locate the .POT of the Be Theme cos I can't seem to find it.

.mo/.po files for theme are inside package. Please unpack betheme.zip file and those files are inside \betheme\languages\ folder.
