Set height content blocks

Hello!

I have a row of 4 content blocks on my homescreen. All blocks have a different background colour and not exactly the same amount text. When scaling the site, the blocks become uneven in height. It looks sloppy. I thought maybe I can work around this problem by changing the background-colour into a background-image but there's no option for that as far as I can see and maybe it isn't even a good workaround too. Is there a way to solve this problem? Hope you can help me out.
