One page website navigation / laggy

What can I do the navigation on my one page website if the transition is choppy and laggy? I scrolls, but the different colored sections just blend in a pixelated mess before it arrives to the destination.

Hi guys!

I am having the same problem with my:

http://www.wynfridhouse.com as well as
http://www.vonmassenbach.net

Everything is very slow while scrolling, it gets worse with parallax scrolls.

It would be great news if you had any hints on this issue.

Did I do something wrong?

@chill4 Try to use W3Total Cache then and also please deactivate "Nice scroll" feature under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section because your server is definitely too slow and is not able to handle all features.
