Paths did not change after changing main directory name

Hello, i decided to rename the main directory of wordpress from abc_a so everything was accessed under http://localhost:8080/abc_a to abc and replaced everything in the database and the WordPress Address (URL) to http://localhost:8080/abc and Site Address (URL) to http://localhost:8080/abc but all urls stored in muffin builder did not change. Where are the contents of the muffin builder stored and how can i replace those?
