Menu item alignment
Sir,
The menu items are aligned to left. How can I make it centralised? I tried to do it with padding, but not successful. Can you please provide any custom css for this?

it's because of your custom css. The padding you used is wrong. Padding should be:
.menu-highlight #Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { padding: 1px 15px 2px !important; }
