Webmaster Errors SEO? Possible Theme adding code?

I am getting  a warning in webmaster tools of some errors.

I have a SEO guy working on a project for this site and he said only thing he see's is this in the home page
<meta name="robots" content="noodp"/>

I am just using yoast but was wondering if you turn off SEO in the theme is the them somehow adding this?
