I just watched the first 5 minutes and at 4:13 the tutor goes into a the menu item "install plugins" which I don´t have on my side. I only see betheme options, betheme demo data, system status and editor. So I can´t activate them like in the video shown.
I see the revoultion slider in wordpress´ own plugins menu, but can not activate them either. The error message is " You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code."
@Burnout2016 If you don't have that section, it means you install theme without plugins (lighter package). For that, you need to install plugins the same way as you install any other external plugin.
In reference to 2nd question, purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can read more details about this on Envato forum:
From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website. Here is a screenshot for better understanding: http://prntscr.com/h85ybi
If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.
