How to hide the theme demo download to the client?

Hi I have use Be as my secret weapon to finish several site.now one of the client need me give her the back end password.
I know how to white label the dashboard now(remove your logo)
but how can i hide the theme demo download from them.

there is an option responsible for hiding demos under Theme options > Getting started > Advanced section.
