Cannot add custom links or categories to my Menu items

For some odd reason, I can only add pages I created to my menu. If I want to add categories, custom links..etc I will not be able to add them to my menu. The drop down button when clicking on it doesn't even expand.

    Hi,

    BeTheme does not have any impact on above section. If you switch to default theme, you will have the same problem for sure. So, or the problem is related with WP files (you should re-install current WP installation) or forgot to activate this possibility by clicking on "Screen options" section which is in the right top corner.
