How do i make the menu item to scroll me to a section of page?

Hi everyone and thanx for help!

I would like to have an item in the menu (like "how we do it") but to act as when i click in the menu at "how we do it" it will make the head page scroll to a section where the "how we do it"content is. How do i do it ?
