I am trying to setup site below but I do not see any top navigation menu. I tried creating a new page but same situation with it. Please help.

Hi,

you have some JS errors which does not come with theme. You can see them on http://pasteboard.co/2xQyjsNo.png

We suggest to start from plugins deactivation but if this won't help, you should update WP and theme files but thru FTP only.
