Happy with site but mobile/ipad layout is higgledy–piggledy

Hi, I am relatively happy with my Besmart theme on my mac. When I view on mobile or tablet it all seems drastically wrong - I presume I have done something incorrect. Mr Responsive layout is turned on. http://offshoot.co.za/wp.  Amy help or advice will be really appreciated.

    do you refer to paddings or what exactly? Because except paddings, we do not see anything bad.

    Thanks for replying. Visually it looks fine on my mac but when I go onto my iPhone some of the wording has only one word per line (under menu "Jeremy de Kock"). The slider I put in (not the home page one but under "About") is cut off on the sides. Once again the text in "About" is displayed incorrectly with only a couple of words per line. In other words the text blocks are very narrow and very long.  Not sure which way to turn - I must have done something wrong?

    Ok, we found it. You got these paddings because you set them thru Muffin Builder what you can see on http://snag.gy/rf4Rb.jpg - when we turn them OFF, all is fine.

    Feel like a fool - how do I turn it off? what do I do? Do I delete all my muffin builder padding settings? If so, won't it effect my main design what I see on my mac? thx

    You must remove those padding for Muffin Builder section items. Of course this would affect desktop layout as well. If you want to display different sections on different devices, then you should duplicate sections and use Responsive Visibility option to display different sections on different devices.

    I have deleted all muffin builder padding - the iPhone layout looks much better.  How do I edit the sections without using muffin builder padding to my desired layout. As now on the mac if I click on any menu item it is cut off at the top (mac) How do I bring the sections down. Thanks

    You set One Page site but you simply did it wrong and that's why sections are cut :) You forgot to activate One Page feature under Page Options section. More details about one page feature you can read on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu

    hi Thanks for telling me whats wrong - I have clicked your link to find out more. I can not find anything regarding how to activate One Page feature under page Options.  Do I have to start again from the beginning or is there a simple change I need to do to correct this. Please leave a solution. thanks

    Whole solution is under the link we gave you above. Please read it carefully because all information about smooth scroll has been explained in the link we already gave you. Just look on section with SMOOTH SCROLL and NEW METHOD under.

    You have not answered my question. The Smooth Scroll and New Method section does not indicate if I need to start from scratch and create a new one or can I simply change a few settings.  I don't know if you realise that it I, and am sure others, take and waste a lot of time (days) googling what your replies mean - a more direct and intructional support would be appreciated (e.g. - go to appearance click on menus...)- I have spent two days trying to fight this problem.  I have already gone to Appearance - Menus and and on Eddit Menu I have selected OnePage menu and have selected under Theme Locations - Main Menu and have saved - but layout is the same (top of pages cut out) on mac.

    Like you can see under thousands of topics on this forum, our answers are helpful enough. You must also understand that we can not give "STEP BY STEP" instructions individually to all of you because we wouldn't be able to answer on 10% of those questions and you would wait 7 days for our answer if it's not a problem for you of course.

    Anyway, how can you say that you activated ONE PAGE option if you didn't? http://snag.gy/PgHwx.jpg - that's the proof. If one page option will be activate, body section would have one-page class. Do you see this class anywhere? Because we don't and all other people wouldn't see it as well because you simply didn't activated it as it has been explained on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu

    Also, can you explain what is so unclear or difficult to understand in the following words:

    "Instead of the scroll class, you need to turn ON the One Page option in Page options section while creating or editing a page."

    So basically, we would be grateful if you can explain what is exactly unclear in these words and why you did not activated ONE PAGE option for page? We must understand it because otherwise we have no idea how to help you.

    As mentioned before I am obviously doing something wrong that is why I am asking you for support. As mentioned in the recent post "I have already gone to Appearance - Menus and and on Eddit Menu I have selected OnePage menu and have selected under Theme Locations - Main Menu and have saved" That is what I have done - and I obviously have done something wrong as it has not improved things.  Your harsh statement seemed to indicate that I am lying - which I don't appreciate - why would I want to do this??  You tell Me why I have not activated one Page.     We did not said that you are lying but we are saying that you do not read the documentation carefully. Like we wrote several times, please go to your homepage edition and under PAGE OPTIONS section where is ONE PAGE option (you can see this on http://snag.gy/H60SF.jpg) and please turn it ON. This is what we are trying to tell you for all the time and this is what has been explained in the documentation.
