Navigation Menu Showing WP Content Code [menu description field]

HI
I have added a CONTACT US menu item to go to the contact page for the following site...
The code from the WP Content is being pulled through into the background of the navigation item. I can only explain via a screen shot please see here.
I have tried several things, the only thing to clear the code is to have no content on the page at all but that is pointless.
See below for screen shot. Please help.
I am using Google Chrome for MAC OSx10.9.4

    Hi,

    this is description field for menu items. Please go to Appearance > Menus section, click "Screen options" button in right top corner, check "Description" field and after that next to each menu item you will get additional field with content. Just remove description from items and all will be fine.
