Change of Certain items in THEME OPTIONS dont take effect

Hi,

I have been trying to change the colors to custom colors that I input, I do this in the Theme options panel and save, however this does not take effect into the website.

Please help with this issue...

One other question.

I have chosen Stack: Center Menu style, I want to be able to write text to the left and write of the Logo such as address and phone number, how do I do this.
