Cannot Install Theme: Stylesheet Missing

Having problems installing Be Theme. Before making additional attempts I removed be theme from /public_html/wp-content/themes. After each failed install I see the following... [also tried installing the update]

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name	Description
betheme	Stylesheet is missing.	Delete

@Clixxo Really? What does not work for you then? Did you ever read in the documentation http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation how the installation process looks like? This must work!
