Demo data or Theme

I bought, downloaded and installed BeTheme - Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme
First i try to get some demo data which according to the documentation should be in
Appearance > BeTheme Demo Data sectionbut its not there, only Appearance > BeTheme Options
Why is that and what can i do?
2'nd, i thought that i was able to use any of the 150 layouts after buying a BeTheme, am i wrong?

no, you are not wrong. All 150 pre-made layouts are included and you can use any you want of course. All layouts are located under Appearance > BeTheme Demo Data > Demo section like you mentioned above. However, if you don't see this section, it means you deactivated it under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
