INSURANCE THEME NOT RESPONSIVE. HELP!

Please see my deployed Insurance themed website at: http://guaranteepestcontrol.net/
It is not fully responsive (not resizing when desktop browser window is minimized nor on mobile devices).
The Muffin Demo Insurance theme site resizes as desired. How can I solve this issue?

Hi,

you probably deactivated Responsive mode under Theme options > Responsive section. That's it!

That is not the issue. I, of course, made sure that Responsive was turned ON. I even specified the width to be no more than 900px and tried the reduced text size options. No success!

Can you please use Firebug or check the page somehow to tell me why the page will not be responsive? Perhaps an image is preventing a resize or something similar?? Thank you!

We are just telling you what we see in the code. Responsive mode is OFF and we are sure about that. If you turned it on under Theme options > Responsive section and it does not work, means that it's because you your customization or extra plugins. If you would go back to original theme files and remove all extra plugins, you see that everything would be fine again.
