Text for shortcodes to use in muffin builder

Hi there -

I am looking for the text/code for the shortcodes to use INSIDE of the muffin builder pieces - i.e. button styles, etc.

So far I've just copied from demo pages that have it the way I like, but that takes forever. Is there one place I can look?

When I use the button shortcode the button is transparent, how do I fix this? Here's the shortcode I'm using.
