cant get out of under consrustion mode

Hi i have been trying t get out of the under construction mode but is not working if I am login it normal but if not log in the site show under contruction

Hey,

you can turn OFF maintenance mode under Theme options > Pages > Under Construction section.

I have turned it off, but it still remains the home page.

@coactuate Maybe it's cache then? Or one of your extra plugins? We bet, this is the reason.
