Remove Top Blog Navigation Arrows

Hi,

I'm looking to remove the top blog navigation arrows. I can switch them off, but it removes both the top padding one and the pop out one. How can I just leave the pop out one and remove the top blog one?

you can remove top navigation with below css:

.single-post .post-nav { display: none !important; }
