Footer Not Displaying

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong with this, but I based it off of the BePlumber demo. 

Is there a reason the footer will not display on this site:

I have no idea why that link isn't working for you. It's working on my end and everyone else I've sent it to.

We also have no idea why it does not work. We are just telling you what we see. As proof just look at http://snag.gy/ipyIF.jpg - site is loading for few minutes and nothing happens. We tested it on few different computers.
