Single Image Box not Displaying Image

Hi. Building a new site and getting on OK - except for the box images, 3 column, under the main rev slider (Screenshot attached).

url is: http://user52440.vs.easily.co.uk/

I've checked the CSS and the wrapper for the placeholder....

<img class="vc_img-placeholder vc_single_image-img" src="http://user52440.vs.easily.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/vc/no_image.png">

....is keeping the "no_image.png" image in place - so you can just see a small section of the actual image showing undreneath that placeholder image at the bottom of the box.

The images are the correct size and I've tried all the box options in the design options in VC (Cover, content, repeat, no-repeat etc - and they all look like the screenshot (the first and second of the 3 boxes have the image in).

I'm sure it's pretty simple but can you let me know what's occurring? And how to sort it.

Many thanks

Mark

  • Hi Mark,

    we did checked your site already and we noticed that you set those images as backgrounds what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2IW1kS0Z.png - you set them the wrong way because the images should be set as images, not backgrounds.

    Thanks!

    Your image on pasteboard seems to have disappeared.

    However, I've looked at the rest of your reply and can't see anywhere else possible to add an image and choose whether its background or not - a screenshot attached shows what I'm doing to add the image as a normal image - NOT background...

    I can see it looks like the image added is under the design option header for "background" - but there's nowhere else to add it??

  • The image we gave you above works fine. From your screenshot, we see that the image has been added as background like we said. Don't you have an option to use the image under General section? Would be probably better if you can send us private message with dashboard details so we can have a look on it ourselves.
