Top Header spacing issue

Hello. I accidentally hit the "reset to defaults" in the betheme options thinking it would only affect the tab I was in. Come to find out it affected the entire site. I have it back to where I wanted it, but I can't get the spacing between the menu and the first section to come back.

P.S. If you want to go back with your settings, you supposed to contact with your admin and ask for backups. Also, before you hit the "Reset to defaults" button, you have popup window where we explained that it will restore all your settings to default.

Yes, this screenshot works. If padding between menu and content disappeared, you may turn ON "Header | Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section or you just turned OFF content padding under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
