Can you CODE the action button to be a CALL' button --- on mobile if user clicks button it will call the phone number? Can you help me get a button that will be a CALL TO ACTION --- mobile press button and call.

    at this moment we do not have such option included unfortunately. What you ask for, requires files customization what is not included. So if you want to modify this button and don't know how, we suggest to contact with your website developer. This button can be modified under includes/header-top-area.php file.
