Menu behaving strangely after update

I've updated to the 4.2 version, from the 2.3, and to Wordpress 4.0.

The footers disappeared ( I have created them again and they are ok) and the menu on some pages is behaving strangely:

I have tried saving all the menus and even the individual pages, but nothing changes.

Can you help ?

I've found part of the issues: the menu had automatically changed to default. My menu is Nav, so I had to change back all those pages.

But there's still an issue with all the pages made from portfolio items (it was the only way when the theme was released), like: http://nutrimassagem.com.br/especialidade/massagem-relaxante/

Basically, I've build all my services pages with portfolio items.

Sorry but we are a little bit confused. Can you explain what exactly is still wrong? Because on page above, we only see the menu is looks not good but the whole rest is ok. If you want to sort menu, you should select right menu in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

Thank you. I have attributed the Nav menu to the Main Menu on Manage locations section and all is ok.
