Can you help me fix this mobile menu issue?  

I would like the logo, menu, and cart on the same line.

Ok, thanks for this screenshot. However, it is not possible to move the cart icon up. The logo and responsive icon are inside wrapper where is not enough space for cart icon unfortunately.
