floating boxes with text not images

I have purchased this theme as I thought the floating boxes could be used with images and text.I can only find floating boxes that uses images only. Is there no floating boxes for text. I want to use them on the frontpage to give the user an interactive feeling.
The boxes are called floating or exspanding boxes.

what is Floating Box? Because we do not have such item included. Would be great if you can show us what you mean.
