Weird icons?

Any idea on how to change these weird looking icons into actual "phone" "email" and "page up" icons? Right-upper corner seems not original either.

Seems like i fixed it. This Theme only works when installed into the root

Hi,
This theme does not work when install into the root only. If you will send us url to page where you have a problem, we'll have a look on it because the problem may be related with server settings.
