Hello, How can I obtain the HTML tags from one of your links short codes. 

I would like to apply the effect that seams to open a parenthesis on some of the links on the page that Im building.

Could you please explain me how to obtain the HTML tags.

what you ask for, requires files customization what is not included into theme. So if you don't know what to do, you supposed to contact with your website developer.
