Integration with Yoast WordPress SEO

I'm using the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin for SEO of the website, the Muffin SEO option is switched off. 

The page source code gives the right page titles, but the page title itself not. Are there any known conflicts for this plugin?

Probably you forgot to activate Force rewrite titles option under Yoast and that's why you got it.
