Help. BeTheme suddenly stopped working.

Dear support,

I have a completed site (all visuals in order b4 and after launch) suddenly not working on me.  The BeTheme Options like fonts, headings, color setting and etc are still intact (wp-admin -> BeTheme Options) but the website rendered totally ignore these settings.

Eg.  H4 text should be white but are shown as black and all the google fonts selection are being ignored as well.

The site was working all along, I have no idea why this happened suddenly. Appreciate if you could take a look or give me some ideas on what could have caused this (missing files?).  I haven't touch the code or settings since launch.

Hi,

we did checked your site and looks like the problem is related with your server. Files responsible for styles can not be opened. Just try to open http://www.tanakan.com.my/wp-content/themes/betheme/style.php?ver=7.6 or http://www.tanakan.com.my/wp-content/themes/betheme/style-colors.php?ver=7.6 and you will see 403 error. If your admin won't be able to sort it out, you should update theme to recent version because in the newer versions, we load all styles in header directly.

Thank you so much!  I'll inform my admin about it.  Btw, to update the theme, I just need to copy the latest version into BeTheme folder yes? I don't need to touch BeTheme Child yes?

All you need to update the theme files is download files from TF, unpack them and replace existing files on FTP with the new one from package. More details about theme update you can read on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation
