Remove meta generators

Is there a way to remove the Visual Composer and revolution Slider Completely.It's not a good show on my clients' website.Because apart from that the BeTheme is perfect.

all meta tags, you can remove under includes/theme-head.php file only.

So for the metas generated by the VC and Revolution slider cannot be removed ?

Like we wrote above, they can be removed is includes/theme-head.php file if simply plugins removing is not enough for you.

What lines of code int the theme-head should i alter so as to remove those two lines of meta generators specifically?

We are sorry but in accordance to Item Support Policy, we do not offer files customization because it is not allowed. So if you want to modify files, you must do this yourself or you should contact with your website developer. Otherwise, simply files removing must be enough for you. For us, removing plugins is fine and all plugins meta disappear as well.

there is no them-head.php file within includes folder, why not specific?
