Transitions not working

Hi there, I'm currently trying to change the transitions in the revolution slider to scoll over but they won't change from the 'fade' transition no matter what I try? I have also disabled all other plug-ins and believe it is fully upto date, can you help me at all please?

Hi,

some slider types, works only with fade transitions and this could be the reason why only fade works in your case. The problem, may be related with extra plugins or even settings on server but there is nothing what we can do in such case.
