HTML5 video not working

Hi, I rendered a video in aftereffects, saved as H.264 (.mp4) and downloaded a converter for rendering the .ogv file. I am still unable to get the video to play on mobile. Can you please help? Thanks! http://www.myhealthpass.com/meet-germy/

Hi,

if you will have a look on our demo page on your mobile, you will see that background video also won`t work because apple devices are not compatible with those kind of solutions. This feature works only on computers.

Its not a background video, its in the theme builder when I chose video. Is that the same issue?

Ok we see. We have checked it once again and looks like something is wrong with .mp4 file. This file is 30MB size and we think this is the main problem. .ogv is 2MB and that`s why works fine on desktop screens.
