from localhost to online server

Hey,

i tried to get my page from localhost to a online server..

the way:

1. I uploaded the whole wordpress directory to my server via ftp
2. changed the wp-config.php
3. exported the database from localhost
   
4. I edited the database-file (all domains via find & replace)
5. imported the database-file to my server php-myadmin

issues:

1. the header is incorrect (seems to be a database-issue)
   
2. parts of the footer are incorrect (seems to be a database issue)
   
3. i cant login in to wp-admin

where is my misstake?

Hi,

please try to use WP Migrate DB plugin [Links visible only for registered users] to move whole database. We used this plugin several times and all works fine. Hope this will help you because we have no other suggestion except this one.

i get this error.. ;(

i deleted the envato wordpress plugin.. and now everything is fine? do u know why?

nevermind .. the envato plugin isnt important for me.. i guess..

there is one last issue, then i am fine:

everything on my page is correct,

but in the middle i ve got 3 image-boxes.. the background and the images have a wrong href="".. they are still linked to localhost.. but the rest (slider, logo) is ok?!

how can this happen.. some parts are still linked to localhost and other parts are ok?

Whole content from muffin builder is coded in database and that`s why paths can`t be changed with plugin we mentioned above. For that you need to use our Mfn CB Migrate Tool.
