Maintenance mode doesn't work on my http://hrvisual.ru when i open it on PC (many different PCs). But it works on mobile phone.

It works of course what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/dBZdZ5x.png
It may do not work on your site in 2 cases only: because of cache on your computer or because you are logged-in into the dashboard.
